The Attribute of all "Gem-Beast" Monster on the field as well as in the Graveyard(s) is treated as DARK. Also, if a "Ultimate Gem Lord" Monster attacks, negate the effect of the Monster selected as attack target for the duration of the Battle Phase. During the Damage Calculation of a Battle involving a "Gem-Beast" Monster you control, you can send 1 "Gem-Beast" Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard to have the Battle Damage to your Life Points as a result of that Battle become 0.
Black masked emporor - 16. Apr, 19:17

holy s**t taco what the hell i never thought id see these come-ing out fingers crossed for the advanced crystal beasts

haloichigo - 16. Apr, 23:14

There is no need for advance crystal beast since advance dark makes them into dark monsters. With all 7 beast and advance dark, now it's faster to play rainbow dark dragon.
Black masked emporor - 17. Apr, 01:41

i dont want them for deck just for the artwork they look cool. the only thing i'm adding to my crystal beast deck is advanced dark.
ShiroRyu - 16. Apr, 22:15

YES.

Finally, we get Miracle Contact & Advanced Dark.

Miracle Contact is amazing, though it lacks the ability to make Divine Neos, you can still make him with Miracle Fusion anyway. However, the Neos Contact Fusions are now more playable, such as Storm Neos, Air Neos and Grand Neos, since they don't require particular monsters on the field (and is pretty easy to set up graveyard Spacians with cards like Convert Contact).

Advanced Dark is okay, it adds a bit of graveyard-filling to the Deck, useful for setting up Blessing and makes Rainbow Dragon builds a bit more viable. The DARK attribute thing doesn't really do anything unless you want to run any of the Dark counterparts (e.g. Rainbow Dark, Dark Armed, Dark Creator), though on that note does provide an alternative build.

InPassing - 18. Apr, 13:11

Advanced Dark:
...Oh my god, I just orgasmed. I've been waiting for it ever since it came out on anime. The only question is, can I discard if I would be taking 0 damage anyway? (For example, my monster attacks and destroys opponent's monster)

Miracle Contact:
Rainbow Neos just became OMG. Well, not really, but should make the deck a LOT easier, since Dark Rainbow's very, VERY easy to dump to grave.
*edit* Oh, "special summon". ...Dammit, never mind.

ShiroRyu - 18. Apr, 16:23

Rainbow Neos isn't an 'Elemental Hero' monster, either. I missed that at first.
Infernity Zero - 20. Apr, 17:53

My assumption based on the effect's wording is that you can use the effect, seeing as long as the Damage Calculations apply. (i.e. A.O.J. Catsator's effect would prevent this effect from going off)
EXTRIMAKER - 18. Apr, 16:46

YES YES YES!!!!!

FINALY we get this both cards thats exactly waht this decks have needed, now its even possible to play neos with lightsworn^^,and the gem support makes the Dark ranbow Dragon finaly worth to play^^ Thanks Konami thanks for doing that(that really gives me the hope that the Clear-world monster will also come out som time in the future or the Time lord cards from tag force 6)

Infernity Zero - 20. Apr, 17:49

Buying a playset of Advanced Dark. PERIOD.

The artwork is amazing, effect is broken. Prepare to see Crystal Beasts top Regionals when this bad boy hits the TCG.

EDIT: "IF" this bad boy hits the TCG.
