Sorry, I just can't help but cry at what they've reduced HED into. Sure, it's still not bad, but they SO VERY DID NOT need the "Level 6 or lower" line.

Gaining the effect of any DARK monster of level 6 or lower is a pretty awesome effect, and this guy has 3000 ATK to boot too so that's pretty neat.
Requiring a Fiend/Demon monster as the non-tuner requirements is a bit of a let down though, you can't just run him in any deck. And the "Earthbound God" addition I'm not sure fits the rest of it too well (I can't remember if it was "Earthbound God" specific in the anime?) but it would be neat if it was "add 1 Level 7 or higher DARK monster from your deck to your hand" instead.

Ooh, but, just a thought, what about Synchro Change? You'd have to compliment it with Book of Moon or something to re-instate his effect, but it might be easier if running Demons clashes with the deck? Although there are some pretty good Demons out there to use, such as Phantom Gunner?

Meh, nerfed too much, terrible card in it's current state. Too condictional and both of it's effects have been made underwheming. First effect would be alright if it was not so hard to summon, Fiend none tuner? When has a fiend archtype ever toped? Closest that came was dark world, and Infernitys are nowhere near that good. :/ Add insult to injury, and we get to add a earthbound to the hand. Why? Earthbound do not fit in with synchro decks. >_>; *Sighs*

Pity to see such a card get taken down, the restiction on summon or the restricted effects would have been enough, to have both hit just makes 100 Eye Dragon a bad synchro all round in my honest opinon. Unless a suitable fiend archtype takes the screen (not inferintys, no chance) then this card won't be worth nearly that much effort.

If you have the requirements (for example, Krebons/Blizzard + Caius, hint hint) there's not really a reason not to throw this in. And if you don't, you might want to think about it anyway. After all, you throw Gyzarus in even though you don't run Glads, just in case you manage to Mind Control/Reborn yourself the requirements.

Once you use this guy's effect, he gets both the name, and effect of the copied monster, which means if you copy something like Gladiator Beast Gyzarus or Darius, he's now a Gladiator Beast (and therefore you can use him to bring out Heraklinos/Gyzarus). He can also return himself to your Extra Deck to get out more Gladiator Beasts thanks to the effect he gains.
Some other neat ideas are Gale the Whirlwind (halfing an opponent's attack), DiamondDude (if your running DDT), Armed Wing (to do lots of piercing damage), Zombie Master, or even Chaos Sorcerer, just to name a few.

I know the "earthbound god" effect isn't useful, but that's just small pickings really, we don't need to bother with that (unless you happen to have earthbound gods in your deck, in which case it could be nice).

So yeah, overall I'd say definitely run at least 1 of these in your Extra Deck, especially if you run any sort of DARK deck, Gladiator Beasts, or just anything with copiable DARK monsters in it you can abuse with this guy.

I think this card is actually a very powerful card that is balanced. If you could just take a blackwing deck and use this card while DAD or zerato is in the graveyard this card would be nothing but a cheap broken card that would be liable to ban. I mean Lets say if u just needed a non tuner type monster u could then normal summon Sirroco of Dawn + Special Summon Gale to bring this guy out and remove Dark Armed to clear the field. I think by adding the non tuner Fiend makes him balanced.

Anyway the best way to use this card is through Tragodia + a tuner or even better use instant fusion to special summon Dark Balter + Gale to get this card

if this does come to america then EVERYONE will get this cards and abuse it so much that they end up banning it from too much play at tornaments and ive also figured out what cards r coming and going JD gone to 1 or DAD to 2 and more of DAD's support will return hopefully at least DAD was a chalenging deck lightsworn just weeps at my wrath (ZOMBIE WORLD SYNCHRO!!)
