cyberdark dragon - 7. May, 17:36

holy cow!!! you can get all of the gx and yugioh bad guys cards noway!!! how cool is that i like all 5 cards they all look great.shame that you can't get them in english for a long time.still great cards!!

TriforceMaster3000 - 7. May, 17:39

Wow...

These are cards I never expected to come out.

Well, at least not Eatos or Orichalcos cards. I always thought that since they were filler, we weren't ever gonna get them.

HEY! Maybe this opens up the doorway to those Harpie cards that Mai used in the doma arc! Those were pretty cool...

Fossil Fusion - 7. May, 17:52

Nice didn't expect these! I was kind of hoping for Fossil Fusion stuff that Jim used or Napoleon's Toy Emperor or something. Aw well ): Clear World? Maybe the rest of these archtypes get released in upcoming sets?

kyuubinoyouko - 7. May, 23:47

Damn

I have to say that I was surprised as hell about this LE set. Clear Vice Dragon and Clear World seem to be able to keep the effects they're known about, seeing as they're not INCREDIBLY broken. However, Guardian Eatos, Shunoros and Neosphere are going to need some updates to their effects seeing as parts of their effects cannot exist since the cards don't exist. Still, Five out of four severed thumbs say "Booyah".

InPassing - 9. May, 05:03

There's so many things I want to say to this, but...
1. Making Eatos=WIN. Making Eatos without her equip=FAIL.
2. *shudders at the thought of Konami making Seal of Orichalcos*
3. If they end up printing only Clear Vice for Clear World, I am so going to be pissed.
4. AWESOME OVERALL.

ShiroRyu - 9. May, 12:49

Wow, some cool stuff here. I reckon they should do an entire booster set with the rest of the cards from these archetypes in :)
And they could make Seal of Orichalcos, albeit maybe watered down a little, after all they released a playable Obelisk...

RedEyesFan - 9. May, 16:05

later,

the Seal of Origamicos will be nerfed like Jurassic World.

in short,
its effect is: All monster u control becomes DARK.
TriforceMaster3000 - 9. May, 17:27

Yeah, I agree.

That seal of orichalcos will need to be watered down.

I mean, seriously, taking the loser's soul? There might be some legal issues with that...

On a less joking matter, I really wonder how Eatos will be played without the equip. I just hope it isn't some insane summoning conditions. Besides, if I remember correctly, didn't her power boost come from the equip spell?
scorchingwolf - 10. May, 07:12

WTF

I have been waiting for eatos to come out but you know what whats the point without her spell card still i would just like to have her..oh the hell with the rest lmao.

Forrenz - 11. May, 23:03

XD

Awesome.
I can't see what stopped them from making these before. I just hope they may finally put some work into the Clear series - they way the Spells and Traps trash players using multi-Attribute decks means they'll be great fun against the Core Chimails.
And what can Guardian Eatos do if she apparently doesn't require her ancient weapon to be out to be summoned.
Now, I'm gonna go watch GX 178-9 and remind myself of what it does.
XD

RedEyesFan - 18. May, 10:19

origami shunoros-this is another weaken Osiris, for normal monster.

eatos-for RFG decks....lol lol lol lol lol lol

Darkness Neosphere- how many monster have 4k and above?looks good with Dark Realm.

Clear Vice Dragon-can survive more than one turn if use with World, otherwise, a globin attack force that remian in attack with 0atk.

villians get nerfed badly

An Onyx Mouse - 18. May, 19:53

Whoa. o.o

I'd probably try Eatos in a Counter-Fairy or Fatty Fairy deck rather than a Macro deck myself. She's a pretty awesome opening hand draw and can still get dropped by cards like Athena and Valhalla.

Also, is it just me, or is Clear Vice Dragon Honest/Qalat-proof? (Since its ATK calculation automatically happens in the Damage Step, that would make it Chain Link 1, so any Honests or Black Feather - Qa'lat of the Moonlights that would be used against him would have to be chained to his effect. Honest, then, would give a LIGHT monster no ATK boost whatsoever, while any ATK boost a BF got from Qalats would just get added twice over to CVD.)

As for the other three....eh, oh well. 2/5 ain't bad.

ryoto_kai - 19. May, 08:08

LE

Is it a comfirm to get all of them in one pack?

ShiroRyu - 19. May, 17:18

Some of these are pretty neat.

Shunoros seems rather random... it's like they couldn't think of what to do without Kyutora so they thought of a random effect to give it. I like the fact it still has a variable attack power though, and the normal monster protection is rather all right. Still, a bit disappointed by the lack of a true "Orichalcos" archetype...

Eatos would be a rather cool opening, especially for macro/what not. Remember, it's searchable with Arsenal Summoner too...

Neosphere is a big beatstick for dark world/similar, that's about it really. It gets rid of Macro/Decree when he comes out too, but Macro might not let him send a Dark World monster to come out (what's the ruling on this? Is it a cost or not?)

Clear Vice Dragon lost it's GAF-like switching, but gained a different weakness - it only gets the power boost when it attacks, not when it is attacked. It's ability to protect the user from Clear World's effects is rather neat though, and it's lack of summoning requirements (combined with being a dark level 8 dragon) mean it's not too hard to bring out. Maybe a deck could be built around these two, using REDMD to bring this guy out?

Clear World seems pretty much the same aside from the cost, which is rather neat, and some effects being watered since they were too good originally.

cybergx - 19. May, 22:44

Big Wall of China

Orichalcos Shunoros:
I was disappointed with this card's effect. I hoped that they could possibly start the Orichalcos series, another possible decktype that we could use. But alas, they give us nomral monster support. Not that isn't a bad thing, but it isn't very good (IMO). Its ATK will usually be 2000 ATK. Its effect where it negates Normal Monster destruction from card effects isn't that bad. I don't know if this will protect monsters from Mirror Force, Lightning Vortex, and so on, since it would be destroyed and no longer on the field.

Guardian Eatos:
This card has some really nice uses. Fairy is a great type to have, with Athena, Valhalla and the others running around. Level 8 is good for Trade In, which could be a good draw engine for a Level 8 fairy beatdown deck. I also see this as a nice beater for Macrocosmos. Equip decks also get a boost, as you can turn any Equip Spell in your deck to a more powerful Kycoo for a turn. Overall, this is the best card out of the five.

Darkness Neosphere:
Since when does someone see a 4000+ beater rampaging the field on a consistent basis to make this effect worthwhile? Chances are slim. The Trap returning to the hand effect isn't very good, but II can see some use to return something like Royal Opression, ro Royal Decree, but chances are, if your opponent had Oppression out before, you would have never summoned out this card to begin with. On that subject, I take Neosphere's summoning requirements as a cost, so I don't think that it would work well for Dark World, but I'll have to wait and see for this card's ruling. Good for Allure of Darkness and a good beater for Fiend decks, but that's the extent I can see this card being used for.

Clear Vice Dragon:
Not bad, I see some uses with REDMD, Trade In, any Dragon support cards, or as a one-time-only (as I see it) beater. Preventing Clear World's effect for you is nice, but it can still be destroyed by battle. Best deck to put this in is porbably a REDMD, as your opponent will not like to leave one of their monsters out so that REDMD can eat it, or revive Vice Dragon again. Protection effect isn't that bad. Good thing it negates Mirror Force. =)

Clear World:
Could be used in EARTH beatdown, as you wouldn't usually have a monster in Defense Mode. I can see this being used in a deck with no monsters, or one of those Reversal Quiz decks where you pay your Life Points to maintain this card, meanwhile burning yourself by controlling FIRE monsters.

ShiroRyu - 19. May, 23:33

Since Mirror Force's destruction is simultaneous, only Shunoros would be destroyed (normal monsters would not). Sort of like if you play Heavy Storm against a Rainbow Ruins + 1 S/T Gem Beast.
ShiroRyu - 19. May, 23:31

One more thought, Clear World could be rather good in a Lava Golem/Volcanic Queen-oriented burn deck, especially in Lava Golem's case your opponent would lose twice as much life per turn. If the majority of the controller's monsters are Dark, it wouldn't matter since burn doesn't typically attack. Just a thought...

Also thinking about other cards that put stuff on your opponent's field, like Ojama Trio (although Ojama Trio itself wouldn't be too much help just for supporting Clear World unless you're worried about Honest or focus on cards like Mind Crush/DD Designator)

cybergx - 20. May, 21:50

Yeah

Lava Golem and Clear World amounts to a good 2000 burn damage every turn. Very nice, since usually your opponent only has 4 turns to live. Very nice. =)
CloudRain - 9. Jun, 00:36

:P

do you think guardian eatos will be released in tcg?

neos85 - 14. Jun, 15:10

Yusuke?!

Is that yusuke's shadow on the "clear world" card?
