This is like the Archlord Zerato card...they never continued those as a foil to the Archfiends. This is pretty exciting, its like the dreams of mine from 3 years ago finally are coming true :)

You special summon this then play Vahalla, Hall of the Fallen
to special summon Voltanis then Special Summon Guardian
of Order!!!!!!!!! 8100 Damage in one fowl swoop, this card is
game changing!!!!!!!!

Read the translated effect description again :)

"While this card is face-up on the field, neither player can't Special Summon monsters" is written there :)

Though it's still an unconfirmed effect, who knows it will change....

Meh, OTK's are the last quaity this card has in mind, it can easily be used in a counter fairy deck to further restict movement, OTK's are simply for people who want to rush though games without thinking anything though.

Very good

It's good, but the deck fairy we need more draw effects that monster cards, for example< magic and trap cards to fairys also synchro monsters fairys with effects usable, example the deck teledark that not get....chance to others sub-types.... not only dark monsters.
