What a great list!
The only thing on this list that doesn't click with me is 'E.HERO Airman' is still at 1, when you'd think it'd go down to 2 at least, even with 'Diabolicguy' at 3...
Premature banned is odd because of 'Jinzo' still at 3 and 'Royal Order' now at 3 too, and it's totally-fair 800 LP cost.
But, yeah, DAD should be at 2 along with 'Judgement Dragon'!

Premature was banned cause of Arms Hole. People would use Rescue cat, Premature, and Brionac for an OTK.
But Cyber Dragon at 1? I think that's a questionable call with this list. They banned Prem, Disk Commander, DMoC, Monster reborn (Yes, needed to be banned), and we got back Breaker. (Doesn't need to be banned..., poor guy, jumping on and off the Ban List.)
I expect a slower metagame than before. And filled with Zombies.
But Cyber Dragon at 1? I think that's a questionable call with this list. They banned Prem, Disk Commander, DMoC, Monster reborn (Yes, needed to be banned), and we got back Breaker. (Doesn't need to be banned..., poor guy, jumping on and off the Ban List.)

That combo was brutal! I saw it on YouTube, made by ckaikd0021 (I love his vids :3)

I was glad to see Breaker back, but with the biggest Spells banned, couldn't we get 'Magician of Faith' back? (Or is she and I missed it?)
'Cyber Dragon' only got dumped to limit Synchroing the big guns, especially when the other 2 self-Special Summoning LV5 monsters actually have costs ('Vice Dragon' and 'The Tricky').
I'm so glad we'll never have to worry about it in TCG!

Magician of Faith didn't come back.
I'm also aware of the Cyber+Tuner combo, but Vice Dragon works the same way as Cyber would (the ATK reduction really isn't a cost once you Synchro it)

Please tell me this is a joke
They didn't even touch GB anything and left Prisma alone but they touch every other deck that has a chance to bet it. This really suck because like the UDE will just follow like sheeps on this baned list. Dude another 6 month of GB about one freaking inch (cm) from quit this game.

Why my friend, [D-HERO Diskguy]? Why? He's just a weak guy, this is outrageous!! WTF, [Premature Burial] get banned, this is so wrong, we still have [Resurrection of Dead/Monster Reborn] though. Dark Armed Dragon should be limited instead of [Cyber Dragon], Kaiser Ryo, you have my condolence, one thing I'm glad is that [Breaker] is unbanned, yay but I don't have any copy of it, damn!!! Judgment Dragon is limited, this is quite okay for me, despite I use a Lightlord Deck, not that he deserve it, just out of conscience, I think he is way too strong somehow. [Black Magician of Chaos/Dark Magician of Chaos] is banned, this is OMG, I acknowledge this card is really one of the most decent card but .... anyway, I think overall this banlist concluded that KONAMI is kinda getting out of hand. WHY? WHY? WHY?

That Disk Commander comment has to be sarcasm. I made an Exodia Turbo deck based on bringing him out, and I usually won within 2-3 turns. Besides, he is somewhat splashable, and DOWNRIGHT BROKEN with Undead World out.

New Ban - Totally agree with all of them, though grudgingly with PreB. (I liked that card)
New Restrict - ...Cyber Dragon? Frankly put, go to hell, Konami. Seriously. Cyber Dragon restricted? And you guys leave Magic Strikers? For the love of.. Not to mention not getting rid of that GB fusion. Lame. (Agree with the rest, though)
New Semi-Restrict - Cat/Two Dragons I really think they should have been restricted, but maybe we'll have less problems at least with the cat since we now have no PreB/Arms Hole to abuse it with. Safe Return..Looks about right to me.
New Release - Yay Reinforcement. BOO to Malice and L&D.
