this card is great, but i think it wont be that strong
and his effect wil probaly be less good

I don't think people understand that Card Trooper was so powerful with Machine Duplication because of it had multiple useful effects, and not just one. Sure, this card has a nice draw ability, but you can't use this monster to inflict 8000 damage in one turn, even with its effect.

Card Trooper's deck dumping, power-up, and draw ability made it broken at threes. That's not the case here if this card has 500 or less ATK.

It seems that this card's name's translated as Vortex Trooper??? :-/

If you look in the lower right corner you can see words, but not japanese words but english. Does that mean it's an american card the japanese have to wait longer for.(about time).

I couldn't help noticing that next week, a new YGO game comes out for PS2 called "The Beginning of Destiny". Is this game North-American-only, or does it not come with any cards?...
