This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by returning all Monster Cards from your Graveyard to your Deck. When this card attacks, send 1 monster from your hand or your Deck to the Graveyard. The ATK of this card is increased by 1000 points for each Normal Monster in your Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, it is removed from play. If 5 different "the Forbidden One" cards are sent to the Graveyard by the effect of this card, the controller of this card wins the duel.

yeahh thats true...not good for the End, but oh well I can't say it matters as much as Meta. Now that I think of it, he's also useful for recruiter decks or anything that needs to put monsters from the Grave back into the deck. He even makes an easy tribute. this card is probably going to swamp the Japanese metagame, I just want to see when this will come out in English...

Exodias/Cyber Dragon decks? psh...

check out the cards, man. a deck like that would be impossible strong, there wouldnt be the challenge of going through booster packs to enhance it. decks would sell very well for a while, but it wouldnt increase booster sales. never gonna happen...

however, it is possible to create a cyber deck, with some cyber cards, and one or 2 cyber dragons, with the best card being some adaptation of cyber dragon. however, with the Mechanical RE-VOLT deck already out, not likely.

There could also be a deck based off of normal cards, with the best one being gogiga gagagigo or BEWD or something... possibility since they seem to be changing strategies with their deck builing, as shown in revival of the great dragon.

forget about exodia, think of the synergy it could have with gadgets! you could almost treat it like a spell card! it could return all your used gadgets to your deck for another run, so even if you only run 1 set, exodios could make it like you were running 3 sets! its even a special summon so u could sac it for a monarch. This card could even bring back cyber end dragon OTK with metamorphosis! man, I could babble on about this card forever

Support Cards For Exodios

Here is the cards that can be helping to Exodios:

The Fulish Burial-Exodios will gain Extra ATK OR a way to summon him in the first turn.

Normal Monsters-For Exodios ATK.U need week like "Volcanic Rat" or "Pepit Dragon"(Level 1 OR level 2 - for the strong ritul).But, take also strong Normal monsters like Elemental Hero Neos OR Gogiga Gagagigo and strong def Normal Monsters like Soul Tiger OR Elemental Hero Clayman.

The Ancien Rule-Easy way to Summon strong Normal Monsters.

Summoner's Skill-to move strong Normal Monster 2 your hand and then use The Ancien Rule.

Justi-Break-For defense support.

Advanced Ritual Technique-For Ritual Monster (to get more Normal Monsters in the Graveyard).Also, use this card after Exodios was summoned OR while Necrovalley is face-up on the field.

Strong Ritual Monster (like Shinatu)-to summon it by the effect of "Advanced Ritual Technique".

The Forbidden One cards-Send them to the Graveyard by the effect of Exodios and win the duel.Use this effect when Exodios have 5000 ATK or more.

Burial from a Different Dimension - If there Normal Monsters in the removed from play, retorn them 2 your Graveyard.Use this effect after u summon Exodios.

Magic Jammer - 2 discard a Normal Monsters from your hand and ngate the of a spell card.Use this card after summon Exodios or while Necrovalley is face-up on the field.

Painful Choice-to discard 4 Normal Monsters to the Graveyard and get 1 Normal Monster.Use this card after you summon Exodios.

Aww man, imagine if Painful Choice was still available! That's like an automatic 4000 atk points, and a bonus card in your hand! U could do the same thing that kaiba's dad did, send four pieces of exodia away (4000) and then you have the head of exodia left, and get it in the graveyard with a card that lets you discard, and bam! You win the duel! That's probably why they banned it, because there's too many automatic win possibilities :P

Okay This Card Is Pretty good If You Guys Think

Then It Has A DMOC Effect If Its Removed Its Gone...So it'll Be a Semi Limited Card Cause its so easy to destroy...

But run it with ritual i doubt it would matter in in a bout 5 turns this card is paying the price itself....at a 8000 atk point i doubt it would matter...

Get him out...Advanced ritual....send out 8 level 1 monsters send out demise or shinato or another lvl 8 monster....

Bam This card is beautiful...then hybrid it into a beat down machine type...DNA Surgery, limiter, bigbang shot =D

how bout this

play this in a norm deck using full exodia and a card from ston called lycxanthrope, ouch!
play heart, draw into maybe, if ur lucky it, and advanced and lycanthrope, the play advanced trashing 2 normal monsters (lvl 4) to play lycanthrope sp. summon this, then play card destruction dumping ,aybe 10-12 norms (heart filled ur hand) and bring his attack up to 12000, use him to clear ur opponents field, then attack with lycanthrope and deal INSANE damage and you can play cards like commoners charity from taev to draw like hell...

You could summon this, then play Interdimensional matter transporter, selecting Exodios, then play ARA summoning demise, blow up the field, and in the end phase, u have a 8K onster, while ur opponent has nothing

need i say banned?

you people ramble on and on about how good he is, so far the only bad things ive heard about him are the fact that after he's gone, he's removed. not much to make him even a semi-limited monster. not only does he refresh your deck, but he's also able to work incredibly well with normal monsters, which are slowly becoming more and more powerful nowadays. you can just give him heart of clear water and he's invincible until he clears 2000 points, which is definitely strong enough to take down quite a few monsters. Along with that, he isnt restricted from equip cards, malevolent nuzzler, axe of despair, mage power, this card is just as bad as destiny board, except it can't be killed when you get rid of a monster in the graveyard.

the possibilities are enormous, which is why it'll never work...

Im not sure that was a VJump Promo, I find it quite unlikely that they would ban a card from VJump

Also, normally, we have to wait till America nearly gets it before they get banned, and it is not overpowered enought to get a Cyberstein mid-format ban... so we will have it for a while at least

That's not true

The TCG and OCG banned lists are always the same, they never change even when cards that aren't TCG aren't released yet. The best example of this is Airman and Grand Mole who were both banned on the banned list even though they weren't released yet because they knew they would be released within the 6 months of the next banned list.
If Marshmellon or Dandelion were released in TCG tomorrow it's iffy if they would bother since the banned list is in just over a month but they probably would enforce both of them being 1 per deck in any Tactical Evolution pre-release or whatever events we have within the next month.

He will jot last long enough to be broken, h e is only good if you can keep him alive for atleast 5 turns, with all the destruction cards (see my last post) he wont be broken, so they'll take him to 1, in case someone runs exodia and

3 Seven tools of the bandit
1 Royal Decree
3 Fiends Hand Mirror
etc.

For him to work, u need crazy protection, which will throw the deck off, so he can be run as a side theme, but as a main, by the time you have put all the different protection cards I told you about, and more, u wont have enough room for any monsters...

Exoidus

Wow, this is CERTAINLY a card worth investing in. My goodness, this card could probably go in any deck ever made... It's great support for the Exodia the Underdog which is growing in popularity recently.

The easiest 10 star monster since Metal Reflect Slime to get on the field. All the more reason to Metamorphing out Cyber End.

This card will likely be restricted to 1 per deck but that's still alright. Frighteningly powerful card, it's interesting to see what it's gonna do to the game within the next month when the banned list comes out.

Card Combos

This card is absolutely great. Sure it has the instant win with exodia. But it's true. you'd have to save this card for a few turns and hope he isn't monster destructioned. No but he is a one time use beat your opponent in the face use monster. First you special summon cyber dragon if you can next you activate future fusion, dump every machine monster for chimeratech, use this card, return all monsters, activate metamorphisis, bring out cyber end dragon, if you had the cyber dragon there you sacrafice for jinzo or monarch or whoever. set royal decree and attack. or wait it out. bring out the biggest chimeratech ever and then attack for game.

But if anything it is true. this card can be put in any deck. its a replacement for pot of avarice or an extra one with even more return power. I'm thinking of putting it in my dark world deck. return all d world monsters and morphing jar and its a whole new game. Run it in a D-hero turbo deck and watch the fun fly. So many possibilities. This card is guaranteed to be limited to one. If only we had magician of faith and tsyukiomi back.

Exodios Effect

Exodios effect in the OCG is really different from the Anime...In the Anime, Exodios is not destroyed by battle and uneffected by the opponent magic, trap or monster effect.The only effect that was stay is winning the duel but "the forbiden cards" mostn't need to send in 2 the Graveyard by the effect of Exodios.O, I forgot about his summon...it's also different...Exodios don't retorn all the monsters, he retorning only "Exodia" (the card, not all the parts).

Exodios Effect

There seems to be some error in the translation for the card effect. From the card scan, the effect should be:

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Ultimate Sealing Release Ritual". When this card attacks, send 1 "the Forbidden one" card to the Graveyard from your Hand or Deck. This card's attack strength is the number of "the Forbidden one" in your Graveyard x 1000. This card cannot be destroyed. This card is unaffected by opponent's magic, trap and monster effect. When there are 5 "the Forbidden one" in your Graveyard, you win the game.

Thanks for your attention to the card effect. Unfortunately, the image was there justfor the card artwork. It is a better version of the one which is shown at the end of the episode, not the image of the actul entire card, so it always may be, that the real effect differ from the in the anime. (Note, that there are no Furigana above the Kanjis for Exodios. There are similiar cards that although not released yet do have those Furigana, for example "Evil Hero Malicious Edge" or "Evil Hero Dark Gaia". In thoses cases, you can assume, that the effect of the anime is the real card effect).

Umm..Powerful?

Uhh...did you guys forget that Exodius can totally whoop butt with cards like Snipe Hunter, Card Trooper, Card Destruction..and blah blah blah...but the bad thing is...I think Snipe Hunter and Card Trooper are going to be restricted or possibly be banned. :(

Nevertheless...this card has alot of potential to win duels immedialty in a matter of turns...if you build a deck around this card, you are sure to win duels as long as they don't restrict this card...running 3 copies sounds like a good idea but higly unlikely. I predict a very very big ban list in the near future...it just keeps growing with all these ultimately powerful cards we are recieving...including Exodius, Rainbow Dragon...and a possible Rainbow Dark Dragon and Yubel. :|
