They're just making an excuse to reprint cards that nobody really liked (except Cyber Dragon). I probably wont buy it, but I guess some people will be excited.

secret rares

well the secret rares r going to be the cards that were supposed to get in the structure decks but yugioh wont do the structure decks anymore and so the main cards in the structure decks r the secret rares that r in the pack
such as diabolos he was the deck leader for the new dark dragon structure deck and because of the secret rares, japan doesnt have them cause yugioh decided to make them secrets so those r the new cards.
